Welcome back to another Monday of Moto Mail, The only stop you need to make for all things motocross news from each and every publication out there.

Round 15 has concluded but war rages on in both classes. In 250SX, Tom Vialle looked to extend his points lead over Haiden Deegan while Jettson Lawrence was looking to gain any type of advantage on the ever dangerous down the stretch Cooper Webb. 

Let’s take a look at the weekend that was.

Results from Philadelphia Supercross

450SX Results

Jett Lawrence does what Jett Lawrence does and grabbed another critical wire to wire win down the stretch. Meanwhile as Cooper Webb, who was sitting 3 points behind Lawrence, was left picking his bike up for a 4th place after running 2nd most of the main event.

Chase Sexton would came through the pack, including Webb + Tomac, to lock in a 2nd place. Welcome back to the podium Jason Anderson, He sent it through the whoops, catching Cooper Webb off guard thus causing some contact which put Webb on the ground dropping another position and his points deficit to 12 points. Ouch

250SX Results

We had a 69 year old winner in the 250 Class with Max Anstie grabbing his 2nd career win in the 250 class. Vialle and Deegan had their work cut out for them coming from wayyyyyyyyyy back to round out the podium in the 250 class. It wasn’t without some help from field of motorcycle landmines as Jalek Swoll went for a rather questionable move on Seth Hammaker leaving them both playing in the sand (poor mitch).

Pierce Brown who was looking to be a lock for a podium position before he took a left turn off of the finish, landing in between lanes nearly beheading Marshal Weltin as he blitzed the whoops dodging tuff blocks and a TLD/Gas Gas. Tom Vialle’s lead was extended to 15 points over Haiden Deegan with one round to go for the East Coast, which also happens to be the East/West Showdown in SLC!

450SX

With the late moto (accidental?) contact between Jason Anderson and Cooper Webb, Jett Lawrence stretched his lead from 3 points to 12. As we seen last year, Nothing is a lock but if the wonder child can keep his composure the next 2 weeks we will have a new 450 champion crowned before we know it. Talk about non-stop momentum heading outdoors where he looks to continue his undefeated streak. Wild.

250SX

Tom Vialle has able to stay out of DNGR and keep Haiden Deegan behind him for every inch of 15min + 1 and extend his points lead with 1 round remaining. Which happens to be another East v. West Showdown in 2 weeks to settle this title once and for all.
